Pure cotton fabric printing solution with "ReactoMe®" textile reactive dye ink:
HJ-T4160A used an online micro-piezoelectric print head (staggered) arrangement, the nozzle can be adjusted to different heights of 0-20mm, and this printing tape machine had an automatic tape washing and drying system, which can keep the tape surface clean and dry during continuous printing. It is very suitable for large-scale industrial production. HJ-T4160A can be equipped with a variety of professional inks such as reactive dye ink, acidic dye ink, dispersed dye inks, etc. At the CSGIA 2012, Guangzhou InkLab (branch of HONGSAM) demonstrated pure cotton fabric printing solution with HJ-T4160A printer and Hongsam independently developed "ReactoMe®" textile reactive dye ink. The excellent and bright reactive inks, with the help of professional color management software, became various styles of patterns on pure cotton gray fabrics, attracting many visitors.

Polyester cloth printing solution with disperse dye ink:
HJ-4180 uses crystal micro-piezoelectric DX5 nozzle, with a maximum printing width of 1.8m, and can print thermal transfer paper, wallpaper, wall cloth, photo paper, PVC, adhesive and other medias. HJ-4180 was equipped with an embedded intelligent front heating system and an automatic nozzle cleaning system, making it an excellent choice for industrialized and low-cost production of digital printing. At the CSGIA 2012, Guangzhou InkLab (branch of HONGSAM) exhibited disperse dye ink waterless digital printing solution, highlighting the green and environmentally friendly concept of this exhibition. The brilliant colors and excellent dry and wet rubbing fastness of “ReactoMe®” dispersed ink won the favor of many visitors.
