Printing Process:

Printing PET film---drying---powdering---drying (drying and melting)---shaking powder---transfer printing (heat press 15s at 150-160℃)---PET film peeling---finished product

1. After opening, the direct to film printing ink can be directly poured into ink cartridges to be used, any diluting or mixing is not needed.

2. When installing printer or replacing ink, please clean the pipeline of printer with matched ink guild liquid or textile pigment cleaning solution, and then clean the pipeline with pure water (mineral water cannot be used instead of pure water) before pouring inks.

3. Hongsam white DTF ink should be shaken before pouring into ink cartridges or ink barrels.

1. The printing environment temperature is required to be 20-30℃, relative humidity 40-80% RH, and no dust.

2. It is strictly forbidden to improperly operate during the printing process or use heat transfer film with arched edge, which will cause the printhead to be scratched, even refractory blockage.

3. During the printing process, it is required to keep the scraper clean, and do daily maintenance regularly every day.

4. The print head with ink should not be exposed to the air for a long time, and the exposure time is not recommended to be more than 30 minutes. If printheads will not be used for a long time, it is recommended to use matched protection liquid to protect printheads. The printhead with ink and the ink stack should be well sealed, and pay attention to check the sealing of the ink tube, to prevent the nozzle from being in contact with the air for a long time and the ink will be dry and hard and block printheads.

5. If the print head is slightly clogged during the printing process, perform automatic cleaning; if the automatic cleaning can not help, do manual cleaning.
