The FESPA 2015 China Digital Printing Exhibition ended at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Shanghai ReactoMe (branch of HONGSAM) participated in the FESPA 2015 China and exhibited its waterless textile digital printing solution. The modern digital printing and dyeing mode and the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection attracted many domestic and foreign visitors. The application of waterless digital printing technology also brought a new experience to customers in traditional printing and dyeing industry.

As the general agent of Hongsam full range of inkjet ink products in East China, Shanghai ReactoMe (branch of HONGSAM) is committed to providing digital printing solutions and wholeheartedly solving various practical application problems of digital printing for customers. The waterless digital textile pigment ink printing solution shined at this exhibition was mainly used in digital printing on T-shirts and clothing cut pieces. Due to its simple process, no sewage discharge, and applicability to all fabrics, the digital printing solution received the attention and support of many customers in the printing and dyeing industry.

Hongsam digital textile pigment ink can be used for all fabrics, especially blended fabrics (such as polyester-cotton blended fabrics, which can only be printed with pigment inks). The process is simple, and only high-temperature baking is required after printing to obtain the finished product, which saves energy; no washing is required, no sewage discharge, and it is more environmentally friendly.

At this exhibition, the waterless pigment ink printing solution exhibited by Shanghai ReactoMe (branch of HONGSAM) used Hongsam own patented product - JETTEXTILE® third-generation textile pigment ink. The printed pattern of the ink is with sharp edges, clear layers, bright and uniform colors. The printed fabric is breathable and feels good after printing, which can fully meet the high-quality requirements of customers in the printing industry.

For supporting the waterless digital textile pigment ink printing solution, Shanghai ReactoMe (branch of HONGSAM) displayed three different digital printing machines to meet the production needs of different customers.

HJ-F1625 multifunctional digital flatbed printing machine: direct printed on knitted fabric pieces, cotton fabric pieces, etc., provided more output channels for digital printing of different fabrics, creating more business opportunities for customers. HJ-F1625, equipped with JETTEXTILE® third-generation textile pigment ink, can achieve better color transition during direct digital printing.

HJ-TX300 multifunctional belt-guided digital printing machine: can print a variety of textile fabrics, such as pure cotton, linen, wool, silk, rayon, chemical fiber, blended and Lycra knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, etc. HJ-TX300 used the original imported double Epson printheads to ensure efficient, stable and high-quality product output. With special textile pigment ink, it can achieve smooth printing, bright colors and high color fastness.

HJ-8495 flatbed digital printing machine: can print both cut pieces fabric and garments, and can print two pieces of garments at a time. It had standard industrial design modules, easy to operate, low cost, environmentally friendly and saving resources.

At FESPA 2015, Shanghai ReactoMe (branch of HONGSAM) also demonstrated a relatively mature heat transfer digital printing solution. It used the third-generation HotMe® sublimation ink, which is suitable for digital printing of polyester fabrics: piece fabrics (such as electronic velvet and polar fleece), clothing, bags, decorative fabrics, flag fabrics, banners and other textiles. Shanghai ReactoMe (branch of HONGSAM) has bright colors, wide color gamut, excellent fastness, stable dispersion of the ink system, mild additives, and protecting printheads.

The HotMe® thermal transfer digital printing solution is equipped with the HJ-4196 industrial-grade high-speed textile digital printing machine. The machine was suitable for printing clothing, swimwear, bedding fabrics and piece fabric. HJ-4196 had high production efficiency, low printheads cost, low equipment cost, and can greatly reduce production costs.
