On October 25, 2023, the China National Textile and Apparel Council issued a document titled "Notice on the Release of "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" Enterprises (the Fourth Batch) and the Approved List of the First Batch of "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" Enterprises in the Textile Industry" (China National Textile and Apparel Council, Letter [2023] No. 117). In the document, China National Textile and Apparel Council announced the fourth batch of "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" enterprises in 2023 and the approved list of the first batch of "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" enterprises. Hongsam Digital won the certification of the fourth batch of “Professional, Precise, Specialized and New” enterprise by China National Textile and Apparel Council.

In order to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on "cultivating a group of 'Professional, Precise, Specialized and New' small and medium-sized enterprises" and enhance the innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises, and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of Communist Party of China, the China National Textile and Apparel Council continues to carry out the cultivation and identification of "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" enterprises in textile industry.

Beginning in the first half of 2023, after procedures such as enterprise application and association recommendation, on-site inspection, and review, the list of "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" enterprises (the fourth batch) and the first batch of approved "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" enterprises in the textile industry has been determined. Hongsam Digital is one of the "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" enterprises (the fourth batch). The list includes 81 companies in the country, and Hongsam Digital is the only one in Henan Province.

Hongsam Digital was recognized as a "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" enterprise in Henan Province in the first half of 2023. Last week, Hongsam Digital was recognized as a "Professional, Precise, Specialized and New" enterprise by China National Textile and Apparel Council.

Thanks to the recognition from the government and industry, Hongsam Digital will continue to enhance its innovation capabilities, make new and greater contributions to the industrial transformation and technological upgrading of the textile industry, and the green and environmental protection.

Hongsam Digital insists on independent innovation and vigorously develops core technologies with independent intellectual property rights. After years of development,Hongsam Digital currently has 15 patents, including 10 invention patents. Hongsam Digital has led and participated in formulation of 9 national and industry standards, and 8 of them have been promulgated and implemented. The "Limits of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Content in Ink" formulated by Hongsam Digital has been implemented by force by the national environmental protection department. Hongsam Digital also led and participated in formulation of 3 national industry standards, including "Usage Requirements and Inspection Methods of Inkjet Printing Ink", "Water-based Inkjet Ink", and "UV Curable Ink". The industry standard of "Latex Inkjet Ink" formulated by Hongsam Digital has been submitted for approval.
