On April 16, "The 22nd New Materials, New Technologies, New Processes, and New Products Technology Exchange Conference of National Printing and Dyeing Industry " hosted by the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association and co-organized by Changzhou Hongda Smart Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Shanghai.

The Conference announced the "Selected Products and Enterprises for Excellent Fabrics in China's Printing and Dyeing Industry in 2024". "Time Ditches" fabric from Iqipa won the first prize for outstanding fabrics in China's printing and dyeing industry in 2024. "Tropical Rainforest" fabric and "Tree Camouflage" fabric from Iqipa won the second prize.

"Time Ditches" fabric: "Time Ditches" fabric is made by printing bark patterns on cork cloth. The cork cloth is made of natural bark "cork", which not only has the natural and rugged beauty of nature, but also has advantages of sound absorption, vibration isolation, heat preservation, non-toxic, tasteless, non-deformable, non-corruptible, non-wormy, soft and can be bent at will. The mottled bark and ravines symbolize the perseverance of life and are full of vicissitudes of time. The bark pattern is presented with the original woody texture of the cork material, which is delicate and lifelike and eye-catching.

"Tropical Rainforest" fabric: "Tropical Rainforest" fabric is printed on tyvek paper. Tyvek paper has many outstanding advantages such as waterproof, breathable, light weight, strong, tear-resistant, anti-bacterial, anti-ultraviolet, resistant to 100℃ high temperature, and 100% recycled. The strong colors and intertwined branches and leaves are as passionate and mysterious as a tropical rain forest, which is fascinating.

"Tree Camouflage" fabric: "Tree Camouflage" fabric is printed on cork cloth. It is different from the common camouflage patterns on the market. On the basis of retaining the camouflage pattern, branches, leaves and other elements are added to make it more realistic, which makes the pattern more layered, and more visual impact.

The three award winning fabrics are all printed by water-based latex direct-injection process. Our latex printing solution has obtained a national invention patent. The latex ink printing solution does not require pre-treatment, and it can achieve low energy consumption, no Vocs volatilization, no three waste emissions during the production process. The finished products of latex ink printing solution are with clear pattern and vivid color, no fading when rubbed and folded. This is a completely environmentally friendly method from material to printing, which not only meets the printing needs of different media, but also fully considers the safety of the product production environment and application environment.
