The TPF 2017 ended successfully. Hongsam Digital participated the exhibition and exhibited new products and new solutions, and attracted many professionals to visit with the wonderful performance of on-site digital printing equipment, professional explanations of business personnel and personalized application solutions.

With the advent of the era of industrial digital printing, the emergence of many industrial-grade print heads such as Ricoh, Seiko, KM, Kyocera, and Starfire broken the status quo of small-scale production of digital printing. Hongsam Digital had been prepared for this since 2012, it started the research and development of textile pigment inks for industrial heads. As of 2017, Hongsam Digital had provided textile printing inks for industrial heads to many domestic and foreign companies.

Hongsam JETTEXTILE® textile pigment ink obtained a national invention patent as early as 2006, and was selected into the 10th batch of advanced catalog of energy conservation and emission reduction by China Printing and Dyeing Association in 2016. At the exhibition, the JETTEXTILE® textile pigment ink was equipped with HJ-D1800 belt-type high-speed digital printing machines and multi-station HJ-8150 flatbed digital printing machines to demonstrate the different applications of on fabrics such as cloth and T-shirt cut pieces. The color reproduction of the ink was well praised by the visitors.

HotMe® sublimation ink was equipped with HJ-1906 high-speed digital printing machine, with a maximum speed of up to 150㎡/h, which was effective for ultra-thin thermal transfer paper and can reduce paper costs. The sublimation ink is with good transfer effect. HotMe® sublimation ink also been selected into the seventh batch of advanced catalog of energy conservation and emission reduction by China Printing and Dyeing Association by the China Printing and Dyeing Association in 2013.

Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry Standard Promotion Meeting

On April 20, 2017, the promotion and implementation meeting of national standard for textile printing and dyeing inkjet ink was held during the 2017 TPF Exhibition. Hongsam Digital is the first drafting unit of the two standards "Part 1 of Textile Printing and Dyeing Inkjet Inks: Reactive Dye Ink" and "Part 4 of Textile Printing and Dyeing Inkjet Inks: Pigment Ink", Qin Guosheng, chairman of Hongsam Digital, gave a detailed explanation of the formulation process of the standards, the promotion of key content of the standards, and the explanation of the standard appendix, and answered questions from professionals on site.
