Acid soaping agent AW-01 is a cleaning agent specially developed according to the characteristics of acid digital printing process, for washing nylon after digital printing by acid dye ink.

Soaping agent AW-01 for acid ink printing has good anti-staining effect on white background, and also has good cleaning effect on undyed dyes. It is suitable for washing process after acidic dye ink digital printing.

Light color: Acid detergent AW 1-2g/L

Soda ash: 1-2g/L

Room temperature: 15min

Medium dark color: Acidic detergent AW 2-4g/L

Soda ash: 1-2g/L

Room temperature: 15min (Wash 2 to 4 times according to the color and pattern)

Open width: Acid detergent AW 4-8g/L (adjust according to the depth of color).

Soda ash: 1-2g/L for open washing of four to six tanks, the amount of alkali and cleaning agent can be reduced after the second tank.

Note: The cleaning agent must be added into the working tank and stirred evenly, and then put into the cloth for cleaning. If the cleaning agent is added after putting in the cloth, the cleaning effect will be affected.
