Two of Hongsam four major digital textile inks (JETTEXTILE® textile pigment ink, HotMe® disperse dye ink, ReactoMe® reactive dye ink, SilkMate® acid dye ink) received good news. On November 8, 2017, SilkMate® acid dye ink and HotMe® disperse dye ink passed the strict certification of Swiss TESTEX, with dozens of pages of test items, for the peace of mind of customers and users.
TESTEX is a well-known professional textile testing and certification organization with a long history in the world.

Since 1846, TESTEX has been focusing on the testing, analysis and certification of the textile industry, and has made significant contributions to the development of various testing methods. As one of the main members of the OEKO-TEX International Environmentally Friendly Textile Association, TESTEX serves as the secretariat of the OEKO-TEX International Environmentally Friendly Textile Association and is also the official representative of the OEKO-TEX International Environmentally Friendly Textile Association in China. The testing laboratory is certified to meet ISO 17025 (STS 0228) standards. It uses advanced testing instruments and equipment to test whether excessive harmful substances will be introduced into textiles after dyes, auxiliaries and chemicals are used for treatment, which is harmful to human health.

It took more than 1 month from submitting samples to obtaining certificates. The expert committee of TESTEX Group strictly reviewed the product quality and safety of Hongsam SilkMate® acid dye ink and HotMe® disperse dye ink with the new and strict TESTEX certification standards and measurement factors, and tracked every detail of the ink quality and safety.

Experts carefully inspected and comprehensively evaluated the formaldehyde content, heavy metal substances and other harmful substances of the two inks through various methods such as testing samples and reviewing product information. All indicators of SilkMate® acid dye ink and HotMe® disperse dye ink passed the certification standards!
